Delivery charges must be paid before the order is dispatched. If your order qualifies for free delivery, a small advance payment may still be required to confirm the order. This advance amount will be adjusted against your total bill.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Please review it before requesting a return. Unboxing video proof is required for claims related to damage, missing items, or wrong deliveries.
